PRIVACY POLICY FOR 12O/80 APP
The 120/80 App is a mobile platform of Corporate Health Ghana ltd, a health-tech platform that connects patients/clients with health professionals and service providers in close proximity to them for the purpose of health service such as home care, private consultation, mobile lab and pharmacy errand etc.
Personal Data
- This app will collect personal data from both patients and professionals such as Name, age, photo, Phone Contact, Address and professional title, Professional Registration number, work experience, and are all kept very confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the services listed in the app.
- The data of patients are shared only with the appropriate health professionals and service providers who will be attending to your need. We don’t allow unauthorized publishing or disclosure of people’s non-public contacts.
Professional Registration data
- The license and registration data of health professionals and providers including image of your ID card is collected for the sole purpose of cross reference with approved health regulatory agencies who are the custodian of such information.
- Furthermore, Patients have rights to know and verify the professional status of the personnel attending to them and in that case, they are able to request information related to the validity of your license from our data base for validations
Location Address
- The app may require your device location or digital address and that information is shared to approved personnel attending to you for easy access where you request our mobile health services, medical errands or home care.
- The user has opportunity to decline sharing device location and rather share an address or nearest landmark by clicking "No" on the runtime permission request.
The Medical data/ History
- The medical data and history of our clients are also collected and stored to enhance quality care delivery. We consider those data very sensitive and personnel and hence are kept highly confidential.
- Approved health personnel attending to client are only given limited restricted access to only baseline details enough to enable them provide care to you just at the time they are with the client. We also strictly restrict screenshot of sections where such limited data are shared with our professional providers.
- Client data or health records will not be shared with any external health person except where you initiate request for approval for such data to be given to your personal health professional for the strict purpose of continuity of care or for the purpose of progress review by the next of kin who is a guardian. In case where full records are needed, a written signed request must be sent to us via [email protected]
Financial Data
- The app may access your financial payments details such as Mobile money wallet number only for the purpose payments. This information will never be publicly disclosed under any circumstances.
Health Tips
- Our app will provide health tips only for precautionary measures but not replacement for medical advice provided by your physician. Such tip may include links to other third party health platforms.
- Although we will only share links only after our quality control, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Data Storage
- We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including internal and external security, restricting access to personal information to those who have a need to know, maintain technological products to prevent unauthorized computer access and regularly reviewing our technology to maintain security.
- The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on your device.
- The security of Your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is absolutely 100% secure.
However, we will work hard to protect you from unauthorized access of information we hold.
